The Honourable Justice Lori Renée Sterling has been appointed as a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario. Justice Sterling was admitted to the bar in 2000 and has practiced law at the firm of McDougall Gauley LPA since 2004. She practices in the areas of civil litigation, including insurance defence, personal injury, and construction law. Justice Sterling has been actively involved in the legal community, serving as President of the Elgin County Law Association and as a member of the Law Society of Ontario’s Civil Litigation and Advocacy Committee.
The Honourable Justice Paul Thomas Cusick has been appointed as a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario. Justice Cusick was admitted to the bar in 1999 and has practiced law at the firm of Cunningham Swan LLP since 2004. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and construction law.
