LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging James Edward Johnson of Clarksville, Arkansas, with assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees and other offenses related to the January 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol Building.
