Federal Council Elects Innosuisse Board for 2025–28
Bern, December 13, 2024 – The Federal Council has elected the Board of Innosuisse for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028. Dr. Tatjana von Steiger was elected as the new President of the Board.

The Board of Innosuisse is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the agency and for approving its budget and annual report. The Board is also responsible for appointing the Director of Innosuisse.
Dr. Tatjana von Steiger is the CEO of the Swiss National Science Foundation. She has a doctorate in biology from the University of Zurich and has held various positions in the field of research and innovation.
Innosuisse is the Swiss Innovation Agency. It promotes science-based innovation in the interests of the economy and society. Innosuisse supports research, development and innovation projects by providing financial support and advice.
