- Vehicles used in connection with a funeral;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of delivering postal packets, mail or newspapers;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of refuse collection;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of delivering petrol, oil or other fuels;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of agriculture;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of public transport;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of special educational needs transport;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of road maintenance or repair;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of surveying or investigation of the highway, works or services;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of public service;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of military exercises or manoeuvres;
- Emergency service vehicles;
- Vehicles used by statutory undertakers in the performance of their functions;
- Vehicles used for the purposes of the conveyance of livestock; and
- Vehicles used for the purposes of the conveyance of goods or materials to or from any premises situated on or adjacent to the length of road affected by the Order.
