Schedule 2 makes transitional provisions and savings in relation to the provisions of the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 that come into force by virtue of this Order, and in relation to instruments previously made under or by virtue of the Mental Health Act 1983, and section 12 of the Children Act 1989.
