- Incentivized resignations: for employees born between January 1, 1958 and December 31, 1961, with at least 15 years of seniority in the company;

The agreement also provides for the creation of a joint committee between the company and the unions to monitor the implementation of the agreement and to identify any necessary adjustments.
The agreement was signed by the President of Berco, Marco Ghilardi, and by the representatives of the trade unions FIM-CISL, FIOM-CGIL, and UILM-UIL.
