Justice Nitya Iyer
Justice Iyer received a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2004. Prior to her appointment, Justice Iyer was a partner at the law firm of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, where she practiced in the areas of civil litigation and commercial arbitration.
