Ottawa, Ontario – November 7, 2024 – The Competition Bureau today announced that it has obtained a court order to compel Dye & Durham Limited (Dye & Durham) to provide information and documents as part of an ongoing investigation into the company’s business practices.
The investigation is focused on alleged anti-competitive conduct in connection with the provision of legal software and services. The Competition Bureau is investigating whether Dye & Durham has engaged in conduct that may have prevented or lessened competition in the relevant markets.
