FBI Announces Robert K. Tripp as New Assistant Director of the Human Resources Division

Washington, D.C. – February 18, 2025 – The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) today announced the appointment of Robert K. Tripp as Assistant Director of the Human Resources Division. Mr. Tripp will oversee all aspects of human resource management for the FBI, including strategic planning, recruitment and hiring, onboarding and orientation, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.

Mr. Tripp has over 25 years of experience in human resources management. He has also held leadership positions in human resources for several other large organizations.

Mr. Tripp holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
