OTTAWA, ON – The Government of Canada today announced a significant investment to support the growth and expansion of the life sciences sector in eastern Ontario. The funding will be used to support businesses, research institutions, and infrastructure in the region.
“The life sciences sector is a key driver of economic growth and innovation in Canada,” said the Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Small Business, Export Promotion and International Trade. “This investment will help businesses in eastern Ontario scale up, create jobs, and bring new products and services to market.”
