Ottawa, Ontario – January 29, 2025 – The Government of Canada today announced the reappointment of Ms. Judith Williams to the Board of Directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB).
Ms. Williams has served on the CIB’s Board of Directors since 2021 and her reappointment will be for a three-year term, effective February 1, 2025.
Ms. Williams is a highly respected leader with a wealth of experience in infrastructure development and finance. She is currently the President and CEO of the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP), where she has led the organization to promote and develop innovative infrastructure projects in Canada.
Prior to joining the CCPPP, Ms. Williams held senior positions at Infrastructure Ontario and the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. She has also served on the boards of several infrastructure organizations, including the Canadian Urban Institute and the Ontario Transportation Employers Federation.

The CIB is a Crown corporation that invests in infrastructure projects that generate long-term economic and social benefits for Canada. The CIB has a mandate to invest up to $35 billion in projects over the next 10 years.
