Ministers Champagne and Gould to Address Burlington Chamber of Commerce
Burlington, ON – January 13, 2025 – The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Honourable Karina Gould, Minister of Sport and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario), will address members of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce on January 16, 2025.
Minister Champagne and Minister Gould will provide insights on the Government of Canada’s key priorities, including:
- Strengthening Canada’s economy and supporting job creation
- Advancing Canada’s interests in the global arena
- Investing in infrastructure and innovation
- Promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity

The address will be held at the Burlington Convention Centre from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Members of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce, local residents, and media are invited to attend.
