The contact point is operated by the umbrella association of rape crisis centres in Germany (BVSK). The specialists at the contact point provide comprehensive support to those affected. They listen to them, inform them about their rights and provide them with contact information for counselling centres and other support services.
“Our advice is primarily about the needs and wishes of those affected,” says BVSK managing director Kristin Rose-Möhring. “We want them to know that they are not alone and that there is help.”
