Missions

Under the authority of the Head of the Industrial, Energy and Communications Law Office, you will be responsible for:

  • Legal studies and advice in the fields of industry, energy and communications networks;
  • Drafting of legal acts (decrees, orders, circulars);
  • Participation in the work of interministerial committees and working groups;
  • Representation of the Ministry in court and before administrative jurisdictions;
  • Monitoring of case law and legislative developments;
  • Legal training of ministry staff.

Profile

You hold a master’s degree in law (DJCE, master’s degree in business law or public law) and have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of public law.

You have a very good knowledge of the fields of industry, energy and communications networks. You have a perfect command of the French language, both written and oral.

You have a good knowledge of English.

You are rigorous, organized and have a good sense of communication. You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
