About the Position
The Bundestag Administration is seeking a skilled tradesperson (m/f/d) in the Building Technology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of building services systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems
- Inspection and testing of building services systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Cooperation with other tradespeople and contractors
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship in a relevant trade, such as electrician, heating and air conditioning mechanic, or gas fitter
- Several years of professional experience in building services
- Excellent knowledge of building services systems and regulations
- Strong practical skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Experience with energy management systems
- Certification as a master craftsman or engineer
