The Minister will also participate in a roundtable discussion on the future of the Arctic with Latvian and Canadian experts.
In Brussels, Minister Joly will meet with Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and other senior EU officials to discuss the EU-Canada Strategic Partnership and a range of global issues, including the war in Ukraine, climate change, and the Indo-Pacific region.
The Minister will also meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to discuss the Alliance’s response to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and other security challenges.
