HM Land Registry is changing the addresses of its offices and services to make them easier to find and use.
The new addresses will be:
- HM Land Registry, Birkenhead Tower Buildings, Hamilton Square, Birkenhead, CH41 5FJ
- HM Land Registry, Durham Land Registry House, Aykley Heads, Durham, DH1 5TR
- HM Land Registry, Gloucester Land Registry House, Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth, Gloucester, GL3 4BN
- HM Land Registry, London (Head Office) 32 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3PH
The new addresses will be effective from 1 December 2024.
HM Land Registry is also introducing a new postcode for its London office: WC2A 3PH. This postcode will replace the old postcode, WC2A 1PH.
The new addresses and postcode will be used on all HM Land Registry correspondence, including letters, emails, and website addresses.
HM Land Registry is making these changes to improve the customer experience and make it easier for people to find and use its services.
