Ottawa, Ontario – The Honourable Lawrence MacAulay, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, will participate in the following events on Sunday, November 10, 2024, as part of Veterans’ Week:

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Wreath-laying Ceremony at the National War Memorial Wellington Street, Ottawa

Minister MacAulay will join Governor General Mary Simon, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and other dignitaries to lay a wreath at the National War Memorial in Ottawa. The ceremony will commemorate the sacrifices made by Canadian Veterans and fallen members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
