The scientists and their respective fields of study honored on the stamps are:

- Guglielmo Marconi (1874-1937): Physicist and inventor, known for his contributions to the development of radio.
“These stamps are a tribute to the extraordinary contributions made by Italian scientists to our understanding of the world,” said Minister of Education and Research, Maria Cristina Messa. “They serve as a reminder of the importance of investing in science and encouraging the next generation of scientists.”
