Agenda for plenary session (13-16 February) – Strasbourg
MEPs will debate and vote on amendments to the EU ETS and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), a proposal to set up a European Health Data Space, and the Chips Act.
On Tuesday, MEPs will debate possible responses to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) adopted by the US, and vote on a report on measures to mitigate its impact. They will also vote on plans to make EU and non-EU banks more resolvable, and changes to existing EU legislation on money laundering.
MEPs will debate the situation in Iran and Nicaragua on Thursday.
They will also debate proposals to make EU fund investments more transparent and accountable, and to increase funding for InvestEU in order to support businesses and infrastructure in the EU.
